The practice is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays (listed below).
We close every lunchtime from 1pm to 2pm. During this time, for genuine urgent or medical emergencies that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens please phone 01236 801677 where you will be put through to our emergency line or dial 999.
Extended Hours Appointments
For patients in full time employment, we provide appointment times outside working hours (i.e. before 8.30am and after 5.30pm). Please ask our Reception staff if you would like to arrange one of these appointments.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific GP for these appointments. Requests for a male or female doctor will be upheld if possible.
Public Holidays (PH)
The practice will be closed on the following dates:
Easter: Friday 29th March and Monday 1st April 2024
Early May PH: Monday 6th May 2024 (GP Practices only - other areas of the Health Centre should be open as normal)
Late May PH: Monday 27th May 2024
Fair Monday: Monday 15th July 2024 (GP Practices only - other areas of the Health Centre should be open as normal)
Autumn PH: Monday 30th September 2024
Christmas: Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th December 2024
New Year: Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd January 2025
