With Online Services, you can order your medication. You must be registered to access our online services. Please collect a registration form from Reception or print off from the link below. A completed form for each individual wishing to use the online services must be returned to the Reception desk or emailed to Prescription.61502@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk. The practice code that you will use for logging in to your account is 61502.
If a prescription you normally order is not an available option, it is either not on your repeat medication list, not due to be issued or has reached its maximum issue and needs to be re-authorised by a GP. The new Patient Services site allows for requests of acute medication (something you have been prescribed before but not on your repeat medication list).
